We want you to love your Gnash Swim. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Exchanges

To secure your preferred size quickly, we recommend placing a new order for the item you need. Once we receive your return, your original order will be refunded. Gnash Swim covers standard shipping on exchanges, applied as a refund to your original order. This applies once per order and excludes sale items.

Refunds

Full refunds are available on full price items, excluding original shipping charges. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Sale Items

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Store credit only. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Afterpay Purchases

Afterpay orders are not eligible for refunds. Exchanges or store credit only.

Conditions

All returns and exchanges must meet the following conditions:

• Returned within 20 business days of receipt
• In original condition with all tags attached and hygiene seal in place
• Returned in original packaging including the Gnash Swim Returns Form
• Unworn, unwashed and unaltered
• Tried on over undergarments with no marks or residue on the product

Undeliverable Orders

Orders returned to us due to an incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's expense. Cancelled orders incur a $10 AUD fee.

Processing Fee

All returns and exchanges incur a $3 processing fee.
