Gnash Swim accept returns for an exchange or full refund (excluding shipping charges & Afterpay purchase fees, see below), provided terms are met;

$25 End of Summer SALE; All sales are final. NO refunds/exchanges.

*Other SALE Periods inc. Black Friday; Orders are non-refundable. Store credit only. Return shipping to be covered by customer.

Exchanges;

Place a new order in your required size and your return will be refunded upon receipt, this will ensure your exchange is secured and will arrive faster. Gnash Swim will cover the expense of shipping the exchange *standard shipping, applicable once & applied as a refund on the original order (except sale item exchanges)

Returns;

Shipping costs incurred by returning an item are not covered by Gnash Swim.

Terms;

Item(s) are returned within 20 business days of you receiving them.

Item(s) are in their original condition. All tags must be attached and hygiene seal in place.

Item(s) must be returned in original packaging and must include the Gnash Swim Returns Form.
Undergarments must be worn when trying on item(s) with no dirty marks visible on product/s.
Item(s) must not be worn, washed or altered.

SALE ITEMS are final and non refundable/exchangeable.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS due to incomplete addresses which come back to us can be re-sent with re-payment of shipping charges. Cancelled orders will incur a $10AUD fee.

AFTERPAY PURCHASES which are returned will only receive the option to exchange or obtain a credit note. Refunds will not be given.
